TAMPA, FL – The law firm of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, is pleased to announce that Tampa partner Michele Leo Hintson was invited to present “What is Covered:  Potential Avenues of Recovery By the Surety Against the CGL Policy” at a continuing education seminar hosted by U.S. Specialty Insurance Company, part of Tokio Marine HCC-Surety Group, entitled “Best Bonds on the Bayou” for its invited agents held on Thursday, April 28, 2016 in New Orleans, LA. 

Michele is a partner in the Litigation Group at Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, and dedicates her practice to representing businesses, insurance companies, health care organizations and individuals in all aspects of the dispute resolution process, including, performing pre-suit investigations and risk management analysis, attending mediation sessions, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, conducting depositions, and advocating for clients at hearings, trials, and arbitrations.    She is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator.  Michele received her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law and her B.A. from the University of Central Florida.
