Peter R. Silverman Appointed to CPR Panel of Distinguished Neutrals

TOLEDO, OH - The law firm of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Peter Silverman, partner in the Toledo, Ohio office, has been appointed to the CPR Panel of Distinguished Neutrals, and to three CPR specialty panels:  Bio-Tech, Franchise and Trademark, as well as the Ohio General Commercial At Large Panel.

Peter has extensive experience in the area of commercial litigation and general business counsel.  He has substantial experience in a number of specialty areas, including franchising, alternative dispute resolution, intellectual property, securities, antitrust, and cybersecurity.  Peter is an active arbitrator and mediator.  He is a member of the AAA's Large, Complex Case Arbitration Panel and serves on the Early Dispute Resolution Committee of the ABA Section of Dispute Resolution. 

Peter has been recognized by Franchise Times® as one of the nation's top 100 franchise lawyers.  He has also been recognized in the Best Lawyers and Ohio Super Lawyers® lists.  International Who’s Who of Business Lawyers also recognize him in franchise law. 

Peter received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan and his B.A., with honors, from George Washington University.
