TOLEDO, OH – The law firm of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Kenneth L. Crooks has joined the firm as Chief Operating Officer.  In this role, Ken will be responsible for providing leadership and the coordination of all resources, policies and strategies for the firm across all offices.  Ken will be located in the Toledo, Ohio office.   

Ken has over 15 years in the legal industry.  Most recently, Ken served as Chief Operating Officer of Krieg DeVault LLP based in Indianapolis, Indiana, with eight offices throughout the Midwest and Southeast.  Prior to joining Krieg DeVault, Ken served as Chief Financial Officer of Cincinnati-based law firm, Dinsmore & Shohl, with over 650 attorneys and 21 offices nationwide.
