SARASOTA, FL – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, is pleased to announce that Andrea M. Ackley has joined the Sarasota office as an associate attorney in the Trust and Estates, Corporate and Taxation practice groups.

Andrea received both her J.D., cum laude, and LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.  While in law school, Andrea received Book Awards in State and Local Taxation, Income Tax of Estates and Trusts, Legal Drafting, and Criminal Law.  She was on the Dean's List during all six semesters of law school.  She also worked as a research assistant, student assistant, campus diplomat, and had two Summer Associate positions, one in Shumaker's Tampa office in 2014.  Andrea received her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Florida.
