TAMPA, FL – The law firm of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, is pleased to announce that Tampa partner Michele Leo Hintson served as a panelist for The Winning Edge Professionalism Panel & Networking Event hosted by the Stetson Chapter of The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division Law Student Division and The Florida Association of Women Lawyers at Stetson on October 27, 2016.  Michele’s panel included the Honorable Claudia R. Isom with the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, Adam Nate, Assistant Federal Public Defender for the Middle District of Florida, and Nick Zorn, In-House Counsel for All State Insurance.

Michele dedicates her practice to representing businesses, insurance companies, health care organizations and individuals in all aspects of the dispute resolution process, including, performing pre-suit investigations and risk management analysis, attending mediation sessions, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, conducting depositions, and advocating for clients at hearings, trials, and arbitrations.    She is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator.  Michele received her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law and her B.A. from the University of Central Florida.
