Well-known Tampa company, Sykes Enterprises Inc., has officially been bought in an estimated $2.2 billion deal. The initial sale was reported in June and closed August 24^th. Sitel Group acquired Sykes at $54 per share, which was 31.2 percent over Sykes' closing price on June 17^th.
