SARASOTA, FL – Sarasota Lawyers C. Jade Davis and Brett M. Henson have authored chapters in the recently published American Bar Association (ABA) publication, “Construction Checklists, Second Edition: A Guide To Frequently Encountered Construction Issues.”

Jade is a member of Shumaker’s Litigation and Disputes Service Line and authored chapters titled, “Expert Depositions” and “Corporate Representative Depositions.” Jade focuses her practice on the areas of commercial and business litigation in the real estate, construction, employment, and manufacturing sectors. 

Brett is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Construction Law and is a member of the Litigation and Disputes Service Line. He focuses his practice in the areas of commercial and construction litigation, where he devotes a substantial portion of his practice handling all types of construction disputes. Brett authored “Contractor-Controlled Insurance Programs and Owner-Controlled Insurance Programs” in the guide.
