Nick has spent his entire legal career representing individuals and businesses in South Carolina with their litigation and dispute matters. He has experience representing construction companies, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, school boards, doctors, lawyers, insurance carriers, and small businesses.

Priding himself on being responsive to client demands and delivering detail oriented and helpful advice Nick has successfully assisted clients in circuit court, magistrate court, and professional licensure boards. Nick enjoys working with businesses and individuals that are unfamiliar with the litigation and easing their concerns with efficient and effective solutions. He has obtained several beneficial rulings for his clients and enjoys delivering positive results for his clients.

Prior to law school, Nick graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and he worked for the North Carolina General Assembly with the former Speaker of the House of Representatives and former Majority Leader. He is a graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law, where he was a member of the Journal of Law of Policy, research assistant for constitutional law scholar Michael Kent Curtis and CALI award recipient in Construction Law.

While in law school, he participated in the Duke-Geneva Institute of Transnational Law in Geneva, Switzerland, where he studied international dispute resolution with lawyers from all over the world. Nick also spent a summer working with Federal Magistrate Judge Kimberly Priest Johnson for the Eastern District of Texas, before she took the bench, and served as a judicial extern with North Carolina Superior Court Judge Marvin K. Blount, III.

In his spare time, Nick enjoys spending time at the beach with his family, surfing, traveling and watching the Tar Heels.
