Justin J. Wallace

With a unique practice that centers on the tax considerations of real estate and business transactions, Justin helps clients ensure that their deals are executed smoothly, allowing them to move forward with the next phase of their business.

On the corporate side of his practice, Justin advises on the potential tax consequences of a variety of transaction types—from formation and ownership to sale and reorganization—for C and S corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships. His real estate work includes the structure and negotiation of joint ventures, as well tax and transactional issues arising therein, and other real estate investment and transactional matters—including those in qualified opportunity zones.

Justin is dedicated to sharing his experience and acumen with the legal community. With a long history of involvement in leadership positions within The Florida Bar, he currently serves as Co-Director of Section Administration in the Tax Section, with previous roles as the Co-Director of the Federal Tax Division, Chair of the National Tax Moot Court Competition, and Co-Director of the State Tax Division.

In his free time, Justin enjoys watching sports, fishing, and spending time with his wife, Megan, and their twin boys, Jackson and Connor.
