A member of the firm's Litigation & Disputes Service Line, Nicholas focuses his practice on a broad range of commercial litigation matters. He draws on experience representing clients across the corporate, construction, sports, and entertainment industries to provide practical and informed advice. Nicholas is a confident and direct advocate, committed to mitigating risks and advancing his clients' objectives at every stage of litigation.
Nicholas is a graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law and holds a B.A. from Memorial University of Newfoundland. He is admitted to practice in North Carolina and is a member of the North Carolina and Mecklenburg County Bar Associations.
Outside of the courtroom, Nicholas enjoys running, cooking, playing the piano, and cheering for Boston sports teams and the Wake Forest Demon Deacons.
