A member of the Corporate, Tax & Transactions Service Line, Jenna takes a detail-oriented, thorough approach to helping clients navigate all facets of corporate law—from the daily matters of governance and compliance to once-in-a-lifetime events like buying and selling a business.
Jenna previously served as Summer Associate in Shumaker's Tampa office, where she gained crucial insight into providing skilled, proactive business law counsel to clients spanning numerous industries. She earned her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she earned the CALI Book Award for Advanced Legal Research in Corporate & Securities and served as an Articles Editor for Florida Law Review, and a B.A. in Economics with a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
Born and raised in Tampa Bay, Jenna enjoys reading, cheering on the Gators and Buccaneers, and practicing photography.
