Staff Attorney

As a real estate lawyer, Eileen represents lenders in connection with financing nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other health care facilities. She has worked as a realtor and at title companies before becoming a lawyer, experience which aids her in performing title, survey, and zoning due diligence, as well as coordinating and overseeing title and survey review teams in multi-facility transactions.

She has substantial experience in drafting real estate documents, including deeds, eminent domain matters, memoranda of leases, lease amendments, title objection letters, and closing instruction letters, among others.

Eileen enjoys spending her free time with her husband, their grown triplets, and her first grandchild. She also enjoys reading and completing jigsaw and crossword puzzles.
