COLUMBUS, OH – Shumaker is pleased to announce that attorney Jack Gillespie has rejoined the firm, bringing with him more than 30 years of experience advising developers, investors, and business owners on complex real estate and corporate matters.
Jack was previously with Shumaker from 2006 to 2020, where he was a valued member of the firm's Real Estate & Development team. In 2020, Jack transitioned to an in-house role as Underwriting Counsel for a commercial title agency, gaining a deeper perspective on title and transactional risk.
Jack's practice focuses on commercial real estate development, health care real estate, and joint venture formation. He is known for guiding clients through high-stakes transactions, including the structuring and negotiation of financings and a broad range of corporate transactions for small businesses and entrepreneurial ventures.
