Jessica L. Oehler Joins Shumaker's Litigation and Disputes Service Line

TAMPA, FL — Jessica L. Oehler has joined Shumaker as an Associate in the firm's Litigation and Disputes Service Line. She brings a client-focused, diligent, and personable approach to resolving complex legal matters, with a practice concentrated on personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, and commercial litigation.

Jessica earned her J.D. from Emory University School of Law, where she interned for Magistrate Judge Sean Flynn of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and externed with the Legal Unit of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. While in law school, she also served as a Research Assistant to Dr. Kay Levine and competed on the Emory Law Negotiation Team.

Jessica completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida, graduating magna cum laude and serving as Chief Justice of the Judicial Branch of Student Government. A Tampa native, she previously contributed to her hometown community through her work on the Game Day Operations Team for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Jessica's well-rounded background and passion for advocacy position her to make an immediate impact for Shumaker's clients and team.
