Luis A. Silva Named President of the Tampa Hispanic Bar Association

TAMPA, FL – Shumaker lawyer Luis A. Silva has been named President of the Tampa Hispanic Bar Association (THBA)  as the organization celebrates its 20th anniversary this year. Luis previously served as President-Elect and Treasurer for the organization and has played an active role in fostering connection, leadership, and opportunity within the Hispanic legal community.

In his legal practice, Luis focuses on trust and estate planning, corporate transactions, tax analysis and controversy, and probate law. His clients often have diverse and complex business interests, and he brings a well-rounded perspective rooted in both corporate and tax law. Luis regularly advises clients on commercial transactions and entity formation strategies, offering a comprehensive and practical approach to legal problem-solving.

THBA will commemorate its 20th year with an anniversary celebration on August 25 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Tampa Club.
