Finton has joined Shumaker’s Columbus office as an Associate in its Real Estate, Construction & Development Service Line, strengthening the firm’s ability to serve clients across one of the nation’s fastest-growing metropolitan regions as continued technology and industrial investment drives economic expansion and development activity.
With diverse experience across the real estate industry, Seth has represented national clients in drafting and negotiating purchases, dispositions, leases, amendments, easement agreements, estoppels, and Subordination, Non-Disturbance, and Attornment Agreements (SNDAs); led due diligence review, including title and survey review; and coordinated and managed closings.
