TAMPA, FL – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, is pleased to announce that W. Jan Pietruszka, Associate in the Tampa office, spoke at a recent NBI seminar on Advanced Topics on Wage and Hour Law.

His practice includes commercial litigation and all areas of labor and employment law, including discrimination, unemployment compensation, arbitrations, OSHA, Wage/Hour violations, and counseling clients on how to comply with the numerous federal and state laws regulating the workplace.

Mr. Pietruszka also represents and advises clients on Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act dealing with structural and design requirements for public accommodations.

Mr. Pietruszka received his J.D., cum laude, from Stetson College of Law and his B.A. from Catholic University of America.
