Tony Abate and Chris Staine were presenters at the National Business Institute's (NBI) seminar "A Practical Guide to Construction Liens" on Thursday, September 17, 2015 in Fort Myers, Florida.  Tony's topic was "Lien Amounts" and Chris' topic was "Notice, Perfection, and Limitations Period."

Tony and Chris are partners in the Sarasota office.  Tony is Board Certified in Construction Law and his practice involves commercial disputes of any nature in the form of business litigation and alternative dispute resolution, with an emphasis on construction, probate and trust, foreclosure and eminent domain litigation.

Chris is Board Certified in Construction Law and he focuses his practice on all aspects of construction law, including the review and preparation of construction contracts, advising clients on updates to the Florida Construction Lien Law, and construction litigation.  Chris represents general and marine contractors, as well as commercial and residential real estate developers.
