Warren Kean, partner in the Charlotte office, was a panelist for the ABA Business Law and Tax Sections webinar.  The webinar addressed the recent changes in partnership taxation, including the repeal of TEFRA and the treatment of partnerships as taxpayer organizations, how should various partnership and operating agreements be written/amended to account for these changes, and what questions remain unresolved.
