Tom Pletz gave a presentation to students in the Lourdes University Masters Program in Educational Leadership on Wednesday, May 22, 2019. Tom explained the difference among the various sources of American education law, and the significant Ohio and U.S. Supreme Court decisions distinguishing the differing degrees of legitimate governmental control over public and private schools.
