Chris Cavaliere partnered with Dee Anna Hays to present "Workplace Safety and Health in the COVID-19 Era" at the 2020 HR Tampa Virtual conference that took place on October 2, 2020. Attendees learned about a variety of difficult issues facing employers:

• What are the current federal, state, and local guidelines or mandates employers must follow to protect employees?
• How can employers get employees to buy into safety measures?
• What are the enforcement trends with respect to OSHA complaints related to COVID-19 and what can be learned from them?
• How do employers manage employees who report safety and health concerns?
• What happens when a worker is exposed to COVID-19 in the workplace?
