Tampa Partner Michele Leo Hintson is a programming coordinator for the Florida Bar Gender Equality Subcommittee of the Bar’s Diversity and Inclusion committee. This week she moderated a webinar discussion titled "Leveling the Playing Field: Leave and Flexible Work Policies Examined", sponsored by the Subcommittee, which discussed parental leave and alternative work policies, as well as the new parental leave Rule of Judicial Administration in Florida.
