Shumaker Partner Chris Cavaliere recently appeared on the 10 Minutes with Tom podcast to discuss his role as a labor and employment attorney. Chris described how he got started in his career as a criminal prosecutor in Pinellas county looking for trial experience and how that path led him to the business side of the law and to his specialization now as a labor and employment lawyer. Chris also discussed the challenges of the past year with the rapidly changing laws and guidance due to the COVID-19 pandemic and how he and the Shumaker labor and employment team have adapted and advised clients in an ever changing and challenging environment.
