On Tuesday, September 27, 2022, Carol presented a virtual webinar, Special Needs Trusts, hosted by The Ability Center of Greater Toledo and the Toledo Bar Association’s Pro Bono Legal Services Program. Her presentation discussed who benefits from a special needs trust and when one should be created, how these trusts are created, and who should act as the trustee. Carol also explored some of the more common terms used in special needs trusts.
