TAMPA, FL -  The law firm of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Julio C. Esquivel, a partner in the Tampa office and a member of the firm’s national management committee, has been elected to the Board of Trustees of the Tampa Museum of Art.

Julio focuses his practice in corporate, securities, M&A and general business matters. He has significant experience with a wide variety of transaction structures across a broad range of industries, and has handled matters for start-up companies, growth stage enterprises and established private and public companies. Julio received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, and his B.S. from the University of Florida.
