TAMPA, FL – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Brian C. Willis, associate in the firm’s Tampa office, has been selected to join the 2014 class of the Tampa Bay Chapter of the New Leaders Council (NLC).  NLC is a 501(c)(3) that works to recruit, train and promote the progressive political entrepreneurs of tomorrow — trendsetters, elected officials and civically-engaged leaders in business and industry who will shape the future landscape.  NLC trains Fellows with the skills necessary to be civic leaders in their communities and workplaces.

Brian represents individuals and corporations involved in business, contract and real estate disputes.  He assists clients in a wide variety of industries including real estate, manufacturing, health care, construction, state and local government, community associations, banking and finance, and start-up companies.

Brian received his J.D. from The George Washington University and his B.S., magna cum laude, from Florida State University.
