TAMPA, FL – The law firm of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Seth P. Traub has been named a Partner of the firm, effective January 1, 2015.

Seth is a member of the Bankruptcy and Creditors Rights and Litigation practice groups.  His principal areas of practice include business litigation and appellate representation, with a focus on creditors, trustees, and business entities litigating disputes in bankruptcy court as well as corporate and individual clients in general business, commercial landlord/tenant, and surety and construction disputes.

Seth received his J.D., cum laude, as well as his M.E.S.S. and B.S., with honors, from the University of Florida.
