Malcolm J. Pitchford to Present at "Quiet Title Actions in Florida" Seminar

TAMPA, FL - Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Malcolm J. Mike's practice is in the Real Estate, Financial Institutions, Financing Transactions and Alternate Dispute Resolution practice groups in the Sarasota office.

Mike has substantial experience in representing financial institutions in a wide variety of commercial lending and related transactions including asset based lending, receivables financing, real estate acquisition/development, construction lending, mezzanine financing, letters of credit, loan workouts and disposition of troubled loans and REO/CREO assets.  He also regularly represents institutional lenders in connection with negotiating and documenting asset recovery and loan workouts, including forbearance agreements, confidentiality agreements and deeds in lieu of foreclosure.  In addition, Mike regularly represents individual and private lenders in connection with commercial and residential acquisition, development and construction loans.

Mike is also a Certified Civil Court Mediator and Panelist for the American Arbitration Association.  He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida.
