SARASOTA, Fla. — A financial transaction handled by Benjamin R. Hanan of the Sarasota office of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP has been chosen as a finalist in the ‘Deal of the Year’ category of The New York affiliate of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG New York) Champion’s Awards.
Nominated by investment group SJ Partners, the award acknowledges Shumaker for its role in representing Spectrio LLC in a 2014 transaction in which The Riverside Company acquired a majority stake in the Oldsmar, Fla. based company. Spectrio is a leading national provider of on-hold messaging and digital signage managed services. Attorney and Sarasota managing partner Benjamin R. Hanan handled the transaction for Spectrio, a long-time client.
