TOLEDO, OH – The law firm of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Matthew C. Spaulding has joined its Toledo office and is practicing in the firm’s litigation practice group. 

Prior to joining Shumaker, Matthew served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Magistrate Judge Vernelis K. Armstrong in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.  Before clerking for Magistrate Judge Armstrong, Matthew also served one year as a Special Assistant United States Attorney (SAUSA) in the Northern District of Ohio.

Matthew received his M.B.A. from Bowling Green State University, his J.D. from The University of Toledo College of Law, and his B.A. from Purdue University.
