SARASOTA, FL – The law firm of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Adria Jensen, a partner in our Sarasota office has been certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Certified Circuit Mediator.  Adria will be mediating state and federal civil disputes throughout Florida in both English and Spanish, having received an Advance High rating for her oral proficiency from the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL).

Adria Maria Jensen's practice focuses on advising, counseling and representing clients on a wide array of general business and real estate matters. She regularly assists corporate and individual clients with contract negotiations, contract disputes and enforcement of landlord/tenant and creditor rights.  Adria has extensive experience with foreclosures and REO disputes.

Adria received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, and her B.A., with honors, from the University of Miami.
