Adria represents individuals and companies in connection with contract disputes, collections, dissolution actions, and LLC management disputes. She also practices in the area of real estate litigation, handling a wide array of real estate matters as a litigator and mediator. Her cases involve disputes arising out of real estate contracts, such as escrow disputes, commission disputes, and failure to disclose claims, as well as issues resulting from title defects, easements, boundary disputes, and partition actions. Additionally, Adria handles commercial and residential landlord/tenant disputes and evictions, as well as disputes between owners and their community associations.  

Adria has extensive experience assisting financial institutions with special assets and handling loan enforcement, mortgage and lien foreclosure actions, and post-foreclosure and REO matters, such as obtaining post-judgment writs of possession and clearing code enforcement liens.  

Finally, as part of her litigation and mediation practice, Adria handles trust disputes, will contests and guardianships, and general litigation arising in probate.

While at the University of Florida, Adria honed her advocacy skills as an active member of the UF Trial Team.

Adria was born and raised in Miami and she speaks, reads, and writes Spanish fluently, allowing her to advocate, counsel, and mediate in both English and Spanish. When she’s not in the courtroom, you will find her on the volleyball court and spending time with her husband and two children out and about in Lakewood Ranch.
