With over 20 years of litigation experience, Adria is a trusted advocate to individuals and businesses facing a wide array of disputes —including corporate, real estate, and probate. She represents individuals and companies in contract disputes, collections, dissolution actions, and LLC management disputes. Adria regularly assists financial institutions with loan enforcement, lien foreclosures, and real estate-owned (REO) portfolios—obtaining post-judgment writs of possession and clearing code-enforcement liens and title defects. Adria's practice also includes probate litigation related to trusts, wills, and guardianships.
Practicing in real estate as both a litigator and mediator, Adria regularly handles disputes involving:
- Real estate contracts, including escrow and commission disputes
- Failure-to-disclose claims (Johnson v. Davis)
- Title defects
- Easements, boundary disputes, and partition actions
- Commercial and residential landlord/tenant disputes
- Disputes between owners and their community associations
Adria is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Civil Circuit Mediator who uses her extensive experience as a litigator to help parties resolve their disputes outside of the courtroom.
A graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law, she honed her advocacy skills as an active member of the UF Trial Team during law school.
Adria was born and raised in Miami and speaks, reads, and writes Spanish fluently, allowing her to advocate, counsel, and mediate in both English and Spanish. Outside the courtroom, you'll find her on the volleyball court or out and about in Lakewood Ranch with her husband and two children.
