Personable and hardworking, Adria is a persistent litigator and Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator, who endeavors to bridge the gap between complex disputes and practical solutions. She focuses her practice on commercial and real estate law, as well as probate and trust disputes and guardianships. Companies and individuals alike look to her for her experience in contract negotiations, corporate disputes, dissolution actions, and collection enforcement and creditor rights. Additionally, Adria works with banks and other financial institutions on problem loans and special assets, and has extensive experience with all aspects of ORE/REO asset management and disposition.

As part of her real estate practice, Adria’s solutions-driven approach benefits her clients in matters involving homeowner and condominium associations, title defects, and code enforcement. Her ability to dissect issues and find alternative solutions enables her to successfully handle all aspects of cases involving commercial and residential landlord/tenant law, breach of contract matters, and real estate deposit disputes, just to name a few.

In addition, Adria litigates in the area of probate, including representing individuals in will contests and trust disputes, and establishing or challenging guardianships.

While at the University of Florida, Adria honed her advocacy skills as an active member of the UF Trial Team.

Adria was born and raised in Miami and she speaks, reads, and writes Spanish fluently, allowing her to advocate, counsel, and mediate in both English and Spanish. When she’s not in the courtroom, you will find her on the volleyball court and spending time with her husband and two children out and about in Lakewood Ranch.
