Collier, partner in the Sarasota office, has been recertified in Labor and Employment Law by The Florida Board of Legal Specialization and Education.  There are only 8 attorneys in Sarasota (200 attorneys in the State) with this certification.  Certification is the highest level of evaluation by The Florida Bar of the competency and experience of attorneys in the area of Labor and Employment Law.

Jason’s practice focuses on representing employers in a wide variety of employment issues, including wage and hour litigation, discrimination actions, restrictive covenant/trade secret claims, and other employment litigation.  He regularly advises clients regarding compliance with employment laws, such as Title VII, FLSA, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and general employment issues such as hiring, firing, performance appraisals, managing employees, and workplace investigations.

Jason received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and his B.S.B.A., cum laude, from the University of Florida.
