TOLEDO, OH – The law firm of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that five of the firm’s attorneys have been named Partners of the firm, effective January 1, 2018. 

The new partners include:  Beth M. Eckel, Timothy C. Garding, Sarah M. Glaser, Christian H. Staples and Brian C. Willis.

Beth M. Eckel is a member of the real estate practice group in the Toledo, Ohio office.  Beth received her J.D., cum laude, from The University of Toledo College of Law and her B.S. from Smeal College of Business at Pennsylvania State University. 

Timothy C. Garding is a member of the litigation, administrative/regulatory & government, and labor & employment practice groups in the Tampa, Florida office.  Tim received his J.D., cum laude, from The Florida State University College of Law and his B.A. from the University of Minnesota Duluth.    

Sarah M. Glaser is a member of the healthcare and litigation practice groups in the Tampa, Florida, office.  Sarah received her J.D. and M.B.A. from Stetson University College of Law and her B.S, magna cum laude, from Purdue University.

Christian H. Staples is a member of the litigation practice group in the Charlotte, North Carolina office.  Christian received his J.D. from Campbell University and his B.A. from Wake Forest University. 

Brian C. Willis is a member of the litigation and real estate practice groups in the Tampa, Florida office.  Brian received his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and his B.S., magna cum laude, from Florida State University.
