Ben Hanan Elected to All Faiths Food Bank Board of Directors

SARASOTA, FL – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, is pleased to announce that Sarasota Managing Partner Ben R. Hanan has been elected to the Board of Directors of All Faiths Food Bank.

In addition to serving as Sarasota’s managing partner, Hanan is the co-chair of Shumaker’s firm-wide management committee. As an attorney and CPA, he works in the trust and estate and corporate practice groups. His principal areas of practice include business and estate planning, and he counsels businesses and business owners on entity formation and funding, organizational and capital structure, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Hanan is a Past Chairman of the Board of Gulf Coast Community Foundation and Past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Economic Development Corporation of Sarasota County. He currently serves on the board of Bradenton Area Economic Development Corporation.

Also elected to the All Faiths Board were Terri Vitale, community volunteer and marketing professional, and Elton White, retired businessman from NCR Corporation. Nelle Miller was appointed board chairwoman.
