TOLEDO, OH – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, is pleased to announce that Paul Favorite has rejoined Shumaker as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

After completing the initial phase of a health system business transformation as Senior Vice President of ProMedica Health System, Paul has returned to Shumaker where he was COO from 2002 to 2016. In his role as COO, Paul will again report to the firm’s Management Committee and he will be responsible for facilitating all strategic, policy and operational initiatives for the firm across all offices, including human resource, recruitment, technology, risk management, insurance, operations, finance, marketing, space planning and geographic expansion.
