TOLEDO, OH – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick is pleased to announce that Carol A. Sobczak has joined the Toledo office as a staff attorney in the trusts and estates practice group. 

Carol is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law as certified by The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. She is also admitted to practice law in Ohio, Illinois, and Michigan.  She regularly counsels clients on planning for and administration of large and small estates, charitable and gift planning, business succession planning, and income and estate tax planning. 

Carol received her J.D. from Northwestern University and her B.A., with highest honors, from the University of Utah.
