Danielle’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and commercial transactional matters. Danielle received her B.A. in French Language and Culture from Loyola University New Orleans and received her law degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law. While in law school she served as Vice-Chair of the Moot Court Executive Board.
