Richter moderated the Tampa Bay Chapter Federal Bar Association (TBCFBA) Brown Bag Lunch, focused on Injunctive Relief In Intellectual Property Cases. She was joined by judges and practitioners from the Middle District of Florida.

Mindi is Board Certified by the Florida Bar as an Intellectual Property Law Specialist and she is Chair of the TBCFBA Intellectual Property Committee. An experienced trial lawyer, Mindi litigates intellectual property cases of all types around the country, including claims such as trademark, patent, and copyright infringement, as well as trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition, and domain name disputes.
