Queirolo. “We are excited to add a lawyer with Sam’s depth and expertise to our firm-wide land use and real estate practice. Sam is Florida Bar Board Certified in Real Estate Law with 28 years of experience working with investors, developers, lenders, and governmental entities in the acquisition, development, leasing, financing, and disposition of office and industrial projects, residential developments, apartment complexes, retail facilities, mixed-use projects, senior living facilities, and university facilities.
He is an authorized title insurance agent. He has also worked with clients to assemble teams of consulting professionals to provide strategic legal, title, valuation, and transfer tax analysis in the context of multi-site acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and corporate transactions.

Sam received his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law with high honors and has his B.S. in accounting from Florida State University.
