TAMPA, FL - The law firm of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to welcome Sarah Pritchard to our Tampa office as a staff attorney in our Community Associations practice.

Sarah’s practice focuses on representing community association clients in a variety of areas, including assessment collections and covenant enforcement actions. As a member of the Community Association practice, she also advises board members and property managers on the legal issues they face. Sarah has experience handling association lien foreclosures from start to finish and representing association interests in homeowner bankruptcy cases.

Sarah received her J.D from Samford University Cumberland School of Law and her B.S. from Georgia Institute of Technology.
