Ronald’s practice focuses on complex bankruptcy, restructuring, creditors’ rights and commercial litigation matters. He is admitted to practice in North Carolina and Florida. 

Ronald received his J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law and his B.A. from Duke University.
