Tampa Partner Gregory Yadley Named to the Securities and Exchange Commission's Small Business Capital Formation Advisory Committee

TAMPA, FL – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Tampa Partner Gregory C. Yadley had been named as an inaugural member of the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Small Business Capital Formation Advisory Committee. The Committee is designed to provide a formal mechanism for the Commission to receive advice and recommendations on Commission rules, regulations and policy matters relating to small businesses, including smaller public companies. Greg is one of two practicing lawyers on the 15-person Advisory Committee.  He previously served on the SEC’s Advisory Committee on Small and Emerging Companies during its entire period of operation between 2011 and 2017.

Having worked across a broad range of industries and handled transactions and financings of all sizes, Greg brings a wealth of experience in capital raising, securities regulation and corporate governance to the SEC Advisory Committee.
