CHARLOTTE, NC – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Jamie L. Winokur has joined the firm’s Charlotte, North Carolina office as an associate in the Litigation practice.

Jamie’s practice centers exclusively on medical malpractice defense litigation. Her litigation background, paired with her mentorship of experienced medical malpractice lawyers and her passion for advocacy, make her a dedicated and zealous lawyer for the clients she represents.

Before joining Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, Jamie gained five years’ experience in general civil litigation, focusing on insurance defense in automobile, property, and products liability claims.

Jamie graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Environmental Studies, and the University of Alabama School of Law.
