TAMPA, FL – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Jamie L. Furst has joined the Tampa office as a paralegal in the Litigation practice group.

Jamie has trial litigation experience in a broad range of practice areas, including construction, general litigation, commercial litigation, and surety law.

Her significant experience working on cases includes construction defect, delay damages, design deficiency, and structural failure on behalf of surety companies, contractors, and design professionals. Jamie also has experience handling case management for document-intensive, complex litigation matters.

She has served as lead paralegal in several trials in state and federal courts, as well as preparing complex PowerPoint presentations to assist with successful mediations.
