Charlotte, NC - Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, is pleased to announce that Partner, Moses Luski and Paralegal, Melanie DeGennaro, in the Commercial Real Estate Department, recently, on a pro bono basis, assisted Opera Carolina with the sale and lease back of its headquarters in the Elizabeth neighborhood of Charlotte, North Carolina. Moses and Melanie also assisted Opera Carolina with the acquisition of its headquarters in 2014. The profit resulting from the sale and lease back will enhance Opera Carolina’s financial condition and allow it to showcase its opera production for years to come.

Moses and Melanie enjoy providing pro bono services to charitable organizations in Charlotte that need real estate service to promote the great work that these organizations perform for the community.
