TAMPA, FL – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Tampa Partners Greg Yadley and Will Blair served as panelists at the Florida Bar Business Law Section’s Update of the Florida Business Corporation Act CLE this week in Miami and Tampa. The program provided attendees with a comprehensive overview of the changes made in the revised act, particularly focused on how these changes will affect Florida law practice for lawyers who represent Florida entities, and particularly Florida corporations. The program is especially timely, as the revised act will become effective on January 1, 2020.

Having worked across a broad range of industries and having handled transactions of all sizes, Greg brings a wealth of experience to clients in representing business entities, including closely-held and family businesses and large and small public companies.
