A lifelong Charlestonian with nearly two decades of experience, Felix primarily focuses his practice on estate planning and probate administration, tax, and business law.  His practice encompasses all aspects of estate planning, estate administration, and trust matters; federal, state, and local tax planning, tax controversy matters, like kind exchanges, and property tax matters; corporate and business matters, including formation, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and business succession planning; and alcohol licensing matters.
