Giroux, was a presenter at the American Bar Association Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section Fidelity and Surety Law Committee's Mid-Winter Meeting Program held January 29th -31st, 2020 at the Grand Hyatt, New York City. Tammy participated in a panel on the first day of the conference for the ABA Program entitled "Construction – Vital Signs of a Healthy Contractor."
Tammy has extensive experience representing surety companies in connection with payment, performance, fidelity and fiduciary bonds. In addition, Tammy has represented both individual and corporate clients in a variety of complex litigation matters, including contract disputes, tort and real estate litigation, and debtor-creditor matters.
Tammy received her B.S. in Finance, cum laude, from Florida State University, and her J.D., cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law.
