Pitchford, has completed the SBA-required intensive Closing and Funding the SBA Loan and Advanced SBA Loan Documentation and Closing courses, enabling the Sarasota and Tampa Financial Services group to continue to efficiently represent clients in SBA 7(a) and 504 loans.

As a Florida Bar Board Certified Real Estate lawyer, Jan has represented financial institutions and other lenders in commercial lending and related activities since 1987. Her extensive commercial lender experience includes real estate acquisition/development loans, construction and term lending, ground lease financing, and asset base lending. In addition, Jan has provided counsel to lending institutions on structuring and documenting restructures and loan workouts, which included forbearance agreements, structured settlements, and deeds in lieu of foreclosure transactions.
